Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ultrakey and its services, including Ultrakey+, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use Ultrakey or
subscribe to Ultrakey+ and affiliated services.

Refund Policy

All sales and subscriptions to Ultrakey+ are final. Our refund policy is consistent with Discord’s
server subscription refund policy. If Discord does not issue refunds for server subscriptions, neither do
we. It is your responsibility to review Discord’s refund terms before making a purchase.

Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that you use Ultrakey at your own risk. Ultrakey is provided "as is" without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Acceptance Of Liability

By subscribing to Ultrakey+ and affiliated services, you acknowledge and accept that we are not
responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties incurred through the use of Ultrakey. Upon
subscribing, you relinquish all rights to hold Ultrakey, its developers, or affiliates liable for any
consequences resulting from use of the software.

Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse access to Ultrakey or any affiliated services to
any individual at any time, for any reason, without notice or explanation.

Modification Of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of Ultrakey constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
